COMMUNITY OUTREACH MINISTRY

Be part of the serve team as they bring the love of God into the community!

Grace Wellness Team
Every Tuesdays and Thursdays at respective campuses, serve team members interact with elderly in the community through various activities designed to promote health and wellness.

Grace Exercise Team
Every week (usually Friday or Saturday mornings) at about 10 different locations, serve team members and residents come together for fun exercises. It's about building friendships with residents while staying fit together!

Grace Care Team
Mini Marts are usually held on Saturdays at various locations. Serve team members have a chance to interact with the residents and the elderly from the low-income families as they visit the Mini Mart to collect daily necessities and food.

GRACE SENIOR OUTREACH

Everyone is welcomed to serve through our events, talks, active ageing initiatives & monthly Grace Senior Outreach gatherings. You can contribute by helping out in logistics, as a chef, in our worship team or by utilising your skills in music or photography.

GRACE PRISON MINISTRY

Grace Prison Ministry (GPM) is committed to bringing spiritual, emotional, and social support to prisoners, ex-offenders, and their families through their partnership with Prison Fellowship Singapore (PFS). Their mission is to extend hope and encouragement to inmates during incarceration, walk alongside them in their reintegration journey, and foster reconciliation with their families.

At the heart of GPM’s work are three key ministry areas:

Incare Team
On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, GPM serve team members conduct chapel services in Changi Prison. These sessions combine worship, biblical teaching, and life-skill development to help inmates experience inner healing and transformation. The chapel also offers a safe space for sharing struggles, receiving encouragement, and taking practical steps toward change.

Aftercare Team
Their commitment continues beyond prison walls. GPM serve team members are present at prison gates to welcome newly released ex-offenders, providing a warm hand of friendship and support. They connect them to the Grace Assembly community, where they can grow through weekly men’s and women’s support groups. These gatherings offer discipleship, community, and accountability.

In addition, GPM serve team members visit Teen Challenge—a halfway house—on the third Thursday of each month to fellowship with residents and offer prayer and encouragement.

Family Care Team
Recognising that families also bear the impact of incarceration, GPM extends care through monthly home visits to provide emotional and social support. Serve team members build relationships, offer friendship, and—when needed—assist elderly beneficiaries with medical appointments, ensuring they feel seen, valued, and supported.

GRACE CANCER SUPPORT (GCS)

Regardless of whether they are cancer survivors OR caregivers to a cancer patient OR simply individuals with compassion for cancer patients, our serve team members may serve as a befriender / home cook / driver or prayer partner.

Befriender
Our befrienders take time and loving care to approach, connect with and travel to visit patients. Whether through texting or calling, our serve team members contact the patients weekly to befriend them. Training is provided for the befrienders.

Home Cook
Our home cooks serve by helping to prepare hygienic and nutritious meals which meet the dietary needs of patients. Through their food, they extend the love of Jesus and the community to the patients.

Driver
Our drivers seek to serve the transport needs of patients safely with their own vehicles in order to be a blessing to them, meeting a tangible need and showing care for them.
