Gentle exercise, sing-alongs, games, wellness tips and light refreshments. 

• Grace Minimart   

Food and daily supplies support for families facing temporary hardship.  

• Family Care & Counselling Support  

A listening ear and referrals for marital, parenting, mental wellness or life stress support.

 Weekend Gatherings

Fun and positive sessions where children, pre-teens, teens, and young adults can learn, build character, and form lasting friendships.
